Support: We believe that we no longer work in isolation. We encourage networking and
participation at Hub Groups.
Sharing: We believe that by sharing we improve the learning outcomes of each other and the staff and students at each educational site. By sharing information informed decisions can be made.
Knowledge: We believe that all members have specialised skills and we encourage the sharing of these skills through training & development opportunities, the web pages and the best practices manual.
Communication: Continual Improvement is only possible through consultation with members. We encourage members to participate in the development of the strategic plan.
Teamwork: We believe all things are possible when members work together
